Do You Know Peter Boeni?

Do you recognize the person in the photos below?  He is known as "Peter Alois Boeni".   He has made claims to be a Vice Consul for Liberia as indicated on his business card.  However, this could not be verified even after speaking with several Liberian Ambassadors.  Additionally, he as made claims about being in Taiwan helping to recover "US Dollar Bonds" that were given by the CIA to Chaing Kai-Shek and his generals to fight the communists.  He also claims to be working for the "US Department of Justice".  He has had connections with a now liquidated shell company in Switzerland named "Trans World Securities and Trust Company, S.A.".  His known associates include, Max E. Noser, Arno E. Arndt, and others. I am looking for individuals who have had contact with Peter Boeni in the past.  I would especially be interested if you were in some way approached to get involved US Dollar Bond activities or HIYP.  If you have had dealings with Peter Boeni please contact me.
